I started my career in Staffing and Recruiting in the mid 90’s in Southern California. And staffing quickly became my passion, because of that passion I succeeded as a top producer for several years. I have the ability to understand the needs and urgency of my clients. Out of 15 recruiters I was selected to manage an onsite for a multi-million-dollar manufacturing company. I have consistently demonstrated the ability to establish strong relationships with my clients and candidates simply by taking a consultative approach. I have the ability to respond to customer challenges by providing comprehensive business solutions. I have been employed with several global companies specializing in Finance and Accounting and was consistently a Million Dollar-President’s club recipient for five consecutive years at Robert Half International. I was also selected to mentor several new recruiters at a regional level where my key responsibilities were to ensure that Recruiters were equipped with the tools they required to become successful in their roles. In several of my positions I was hired to spearhead and grow the Direct Hire Accounting and Finance division. I have always been of the opinion if you find what you love it will never feel like a job and I can candidly say I have found that in recruiting. I wake up everyday and I am excited to see what staffing has to offer that day.
