ABOUT SAMANTHA LITTLE
My broad experience in operations has honed my ability to use data-driven methodologies to mitigate operational inefficiencies while also sustaining a human-centered implementation approach. Recently, I helped build the foundation and infrastructure of my previous team from scratch. I navigated through immense growth, red tape, and risk policies and charted the course to our ultimate goal of implementing new software for 10k+ employees throughout the firm. Throughout my career, I have continued to find myself in a position of carrying out the strategic vision of my leaders. As an incoming MBA candidate at Northwestern\'s Kellogg School of Management, I plan to round out my business knowledge and pivot to strategy consulting. My operations background and understanding of the project life cycle, in addition to the strategy curriculum at Kellogg, positions me well to thrive in a consulting role. Outside of work, I am passionate about video games, food, and travel. As a self-proclaimed trailblazer, I am always up for a new adventure!
