WORK HISTORY
Policy Researcher @OECD-OCDE
Paris, FR
The OECD Centre for Skills supports countries to achieve better economic and social outcomes by taking a whole-of-government approach and engaging with stakeholders to develop and implement better education and labour market policies. My tasks include:• Conducting in-depth country analyses, identifying critical policy gaps, and designing actionable policy recommendations for regional and national skills strategies. My work covers the following skills topics: skills development (compulsory education, TVET, adult learning), skills activation and use (career guidance, school-to-work transitions, workplace productivity practices, labour mobility schemes), and skills governance (skills intelligence and labour market information systems, sectoral skills councils, skills financing). • Supporting governments to operationalise their national skills strategies by developing implementation plans and comprehensive M&E frameworks (indicators, performance management systems, institutional roles, and data collection methods).• Organising stakeholder consultations with relevant actors (e.g. ministries, public employment services, national statistics offices, employer organisations, civil society representatives) to gather quantitative and qualitative data and foster stakeholder buy-in.
