I am a strategy manager with a passion for marketing and technology, specializing in growth hacking on platforms like Airbnb. My experience has allowed me to develop effective strategies to help property owners and investors MAXIMIZE their RENTAL INCOME by using marketing techniques and data analysis to optimize booking rates and increase the visibility of their listings, thereby improving their ability to attract and satisfy guests. It was the first in the industry and was immediately copied by competitors. Thanks to our web presence, we reached important Russian clients who are manufacturers of synthetic diamonds and jewelry creators, which have been worn by Jennifer Lopez and Rihanna in recent times (20••••23) and in Mayfair (London). • Starting from Tik Tok videos, we built an entire encyclopedia of languages spoken around the world. • From an e-commerce site with no reason for being, we created a site with last-minute offers that can be easily and quickly accessed from the most remote areas of Italy. • Starting from a myriad of product lines, we built the company profile of a business and all the reference pages organized by line and standout products. For the same company, we increased the turnover of a particular product line by 27% just by building a customized web presence. • For a fashion startup, we reached the markets of Hong Kong and Saudi Arabia, as well as America and Russia.
