Analyze incidents, identify root cause relationships and trends, and propose corrective actions, as well as the implementation of programs and campaigns designed to mitigate hazards in the workplace. Develop and conduct special subject management and staff deployable training programs, EHS and EHS Management System compliance and best practices audits and support the development of Corrective Action Plans with the Program. Implement continual improvement and sustainable practices. Write EHS plans for use in business proposal submissions. Assess environmental aspects and impacts, safety and health risks and hazards to establish controls, ensure compliance with all applicable regulations, and guarantee the effectiveness of the management system. Generate EHS performance reports using Cognos Analytics. Member of the ESG Steering Committee. Draft Climate Change Statement and Sustainability Goals. Collaborate with Supply Chain and other departments to ensure sustainable practices across business units.
