My team experience is my first priority, ensuring that every touchpoint, from onboarding to retention, aligns with our values and promotes people well-being.My main responsibilities- Deliver excellent co-worker experience by designing and implementing people-first processes- Support and coach managers in all HR-related matters- Oversee onboarding, from interview coordination to new hire integration- Maintain up-to-date employees’ HR legal documentation- Organize and facilitate introduction and trainings for new co-workers- Monitor time and attendance processes, including leave requests and overtime- Provide guidance on compensation and benefits- Drive HR initiatives on well-being, volunteering, and inclusion- Prepare HR reports and insights to support decision-making.
