I am a recent graduate from The University of Alabama, and I am thrilled to embark on this new chapter in my life. Having a passion for people and relationship building, I decided to transition from previous experiences in athletic recruiting to the exciting world of IT recruiting. I am eager to expand my knowledge and skills in this field, and look forward to fostering meaningful connections between talented individuals and their dream careers in the tech industry.

Genius Road works with clients to build a road map and help them secure the best talent by taking the to understand the right fit technically, but also matching the right personalities with specific teams and the overall company culture. From short-term projects, to permanent solutions, the ultimate goal is customer satisfaction, plain and simple. In 2017, Genius Road was awarded a national certification as a Women\'s Business Enterprise (WBE). The firm also earned a Women-Owned Small Business (WOSB) certification for government contracting. Genius Road is headquartered in Dallas, Texas, and works with companies nationwide and in Canada with the ability to conduct business in English, Spanish, French and Hindi due to our diverse workforce!
