   Partner with VP/GM and senior leadership team to drive cross-functional operational strategy across a complex resort ecosystem- Translate business needs into structured agendas, KPIs, and actionable follow-ups across FP & A, HR, IT, and Operations- work with Power BI dashboards and reports for visitation analysis- Assist leadership and workforce management team analyze visitation, staffing, and operational data to support performance reporting and decision-making- Build and manage executive-level communications for employees, improving engagement and information flow, increased open rate with weekly comms from 35% to 65% on average- Assist with capital planning and financial review processes, collaborating with finance teams and SLT on reporting priorities- Coordinate large-scale events and initiatives, aligning stakeholders across a matrix organization, including-\'Street Team\' employee engagement initiatives, including new forms and tracking for better metrics-\'Open Shifts\' project at the beginning of the delayed 25/26 season to support employees with reduced hours and assign them to cross-department support roles- Systems and process overhaul with how volunteer and community partners request comp\'d passes, easing administrative burden on pass office team and other admin roles for more efficient use of timeNorthstar is one of the premier brands in the Vail Resorts portfolio and operates like a little city with multiple internal and community stakeholders.
