Projects focused on:\\\\n\\\\n- Digital Transformation: helping the Company’s HR Function in the adoption part of a major HR management platform mainly through: Change Management plans structured by project waves (e.g. training plans, communication plans, organization of ad hoc meetings to manage the main stakeholders involved from different Countries and cultures…). In addition to this, I also worked on the definition and elaboration of an excel Dashboard based on some platform adoption KPIs\\\\n\\\\n- Organizational Design (e.g. Post merge integration): mapping skills and tasks of the workforce within companies to be integrated through Survey and structured interviews, aiming to provide clients with comprehensive deliverables for a better resources reallocation\\\\n\\\\n- Data analysis activities focused on the Company’s workforce in order to understand key insights and direct an action plan to improve Company’s workforce\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
