My professional endeavors are anchored in innovation, open innovation and emerging technologies (Blockchain, AI, AR/ VR, Quantum, QKD). In my role I lead teams for supporting both corporate and public clients across three key domains:1. Innovation and Open Innovation-Design and execute innovation & digital transformation strategies, including policy development, idea scouting, co-creation through design thinking and solution scale-up-Implemented 20+ open innovation pathways (hackathons, bootcamps, PoCs, tenders) and supported the set-up of innovation labs, R&D transfer centers, and startup acceleration programs-Drive partnership building and support clients in accessing EU funding (proposal design, partner scouting, project management). 2.Emerging Technologies (Blockchain, AI, AR/ VR, Quantum, QKD) & Digital Transformation-Lead projects on the design, implementation, and testing of proofs of concept and digital platforms (web & mobile applications)-Expertise across blockchain, AI, cybersecurity, metaverse, IoT, robotics, NFTs, and 3D printing-Serve as Account Manager for tech & innovation tenders with EU Institutions.3.Education & Ecosystem Engagement-Conduct workshops and training for corporates, public administrations, and universities-Active in the startup ecosystem as mentor, advisor, and public speaker
