About Mariano Ortiz

I am a recent graduate from Indiana University Bloomington’s Luddy School of Informatics Computing and Engineering with a B.S. of Informatics and minors in Sports Marketing & Management and Web Design & Development. I am searching for an entry-level position as a data analyst and am open to working anywhere in the United States. During my undergraduate coursework, I got first-hand experience in using applications, software, and programming languages like Python, SQL, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, HTML, CSS, and Microsoft Excel, as well as continuously improving my skills with each. I have worked as a UX Design Intern for Serve IT, their Teach IT program for 1st through 5th graders who attend the Boys and Girls Club of Ellettsville, a web-client intern for the Center of Justice and Mediation in Bloomington, a UX Design team lead and most recently, a team lead for the Boys and Girls Club of Ellettsville weekly K-2 Teach IT sessions. I am eager to bring my skills, and an honest and insightful perspective, to an organization.
