Currently leading the concept ideation and operational direction for two destination restaurants, a lounge bar with live entertainment, an art gallery, and 10 event spaces overlooking London from our hotel\'s 24th floor. Operational Excellence: Fostered cross-departmental collaboration to maximise payroll efficiency and improve P&L performance, with precise cost forecasting and margin protection across F&B and hotel operations. Leadership & Culture: Provide strong leadership through mentoring and coaching of HODs and line managers, enhancing guest experience, accountability, and consistent product delivery across the property. Strategic Planning: Drive commercial and operational strategy by planning six months ahead, aligning marketing, PR, and activations to maximize ROI and brand impact. Procurement & Projects: Direct all procurement activities including supplier onboarding, FF & E/OS & E selection, and brand-aligned purchasing. Oversee critical path projects across PR, Marketing, Sales, and Operations.
