About Marianne Reid Schrom

My unique career path has been shaped by the relationships built along the way. My career began as a high school classroom instructor and has transformed to leading a statewide leadership development program to promote diversity, that led me to directing a growing private psychology practice’s transition to 100% telehealth operations, to building organizational structure for a struggling non-profit. Each role has centered on creating and maintaining strong and positive relationships to lead new initiatives from concept to implementation to national models of excellence.I\'m most proud of cultivating a team mindset during the COVID19 pandemic to obtain a first-ever Top Workplace award. I led the swift growth of a clinical team to respond to community demand for mental health support. I recruited and fostered a team of 8 administrative staff virtually into a hybrid environment, and amplified operational reach by formalizing the migration of all individual and group services to telehealth. By creating smart systems, I managed the day-to-day operations that led to revenue growth of 110% over 2.5 years. I\'m a collaborative and natural leader, networker, and cheerleader. My leadership vision is focused on a people-first approach that identifies solutions, coaches staff to use their gifts and talents, and tackles new initiatives with big picture thinking. I’ve built my network through cross-discipline collaboration and prioritizing competing tasks (always with a smile).
