Designed to develop future leaders in luxury retail and support emerging talent, the programme supports retail colleagues grow within the business and achieve their long-term career goals all whilst making big impacts in their departments. In addition to this, I led on various early careers initiatives & support learners across the wider business in achieving their career development goals through delivering other inhouse initiatives such as career clinics, career development workshops and the promotion of a vast array of apprenticeships as a career development and upskilling opportunity for any eligible colleagues.

I am a CIPD Level 5 qualified Learning & Development professional with cross-industry talent development experience that spans across 9 years. My L&D experience is end to end from design and delivery to impact measurement of blended learning approaches and training, relaunching new starter induction programmes, onboarding, 121 coaching & mentoring, TNA consultancy, stakeholder management and collaboration. I have led the design and development of extensive, tailored L&D Programmes with a special focus on a digital first approach over the last 2 years. A pinnacle of my early recruitment career was being named by LinkedIn as one of the ‘Top Ten In-House Recruiters’ in the UK. During my 2 years at Three UK, I was also awarded \'Monthly Star\' four times for my commitment, passion and dedication to people and culture initiatives.I have 14 years of talent acquisition experience and 7 years experience in L&D training, talent development, new starter inductions, onboarding, leading apprenticeship programmes, coaching and career development consultancy.I have previously been part of an amazing team having led the \'Rising Stars\' programme which was awarded \'Best Apprenticeship Programme in England\' and two of these Apprentices were voted \'Recruitment Apprentice Of The Year\' by the REC/IRP!
