Executive Agenda is Wisconsin\'s oldest and largest membership organization dedicated to executive development across diverse business functions. There are more than 525 leaders in 45 groups located in the greater metro areas of Appleton, Green Bay, Madison and Milwaukee. Each group consists of 12-15 people and is facilitated by a seasoned professional. The three components of EA include quarterly group meetings, quarterly, individual coaching sessions and the extended community of business leaders. Minimum criteria for membership includes working in Wisconsin as a senior level executive other than a CEO. Members must have a thirst to learn and a willingness to invest in their own and others\' development.
