Prior to founding Progressive, Marianne worked with Enterprise Oil Plc for 14 years – where she was \'Global Finance Systems Manager\', up until their takeover by Shell Oil in 2002. Marianne is the Head of Design for all of Progressive\'s finance systems implementations.She has a strong background in problem solving by investigation, conceptualising new system models and making improvements to existing processes. She works together with users to obtain the best from their systems and business practices, particularly in the assessment of new financial reporting standards and year-end procedures.
