ABOUT MARIANNE RYAN
I have a love of people, and I like to inform and inspire them to be the best version of themselves through excellent communication. I aim to make communications powerful, motivating, and effective particularly in crisis management situations and in times of change.I enabled outstanding change management and career transitions through high calibre communications that inspires the workforce to sustain their best work. I have used my creative, pragmatic and engaging communication skills to deliver key skills training to over 500 people in a leading public sector organisation. As well as communications, I have a love for children\'s books and reading, which is why I became an Independent Usborne Partner. It enables me to work with schools and families to enable them to get free books for their libraries, as well as coaching others to set up their own businesses. I have adhd and am currently going through the menopause. All views are my own
