Review, release and electronically organize Quality Management System Documentation using the Unipoint software program. Responsible for reviewing and updating QMS documents. Assist the QMS representative in performing Internal Audits. Validate drawing and Bill of Materials per company procedures. Examine documents such as assembly drawings, schematics, block diagrams, configuration sheets, product user manuals, and test procedures to verify completeness and accuracy of data. Confer with document originators or Engineering liaison personnel to resolve discrepancies and complete required changes to documents. Manages Engineering Change requests, ensuring all change requirements are met. Track total defects and prepare Pareto Charts for company Metrics.
