Hi! Welcome to my bio section. This is where I tell you a little something about who I am, while trying not to sound too self-important. See what you think: it\'s a balance. I’m someone who’s spent over 20 years working in advocacy, human rights, and movement-building, and I still find it endlessly energizing. I care deeply about people-powered change and try to bring an anti-racist, collaborative approach to everything I do. Over the years, I’ve had the chance to lead some incredible teams, raise funds for causes I believe in, and help shape strategies that bring real impact. I’ve also learned my way around multi-entity governance, finances, and managing risk (not the most glamorous, but definitely important!). Plus I\'m a coach: career, life, you name it, it\'s all part of who we are.What drives me is the possibility for change: I believe we can do it. I love working with others to mobilise ourselves, our communities and to push for systemic change, especially when it helps move the needle on democracy, justice, and equity.
