ABOUT MARIANNE GAZET

I am a Foundation Year 2 Doctor working in London, passionate about clinical medicine and with an interest in Research and Medical Education.I graduated from Imperial College London with an MBBS in 2022 and a Bsc in Reproductive Sciences and Development (First class with Honours) in 2020.My specialty interests lie in Obstetrics and Gynaecology.My Bsc research project was in Foetal Medicine, more specifically studying late onset Intra Uterine Growth Restriction in the form of a large retrospective study conducted at Queen Charlotte and Chelsea Hospital. I have also been able to conduct literature research and lab based research. Education and mentoring are other important aspects of my work, and I have been a tutor and student mentor in the past few years. I am currently undertaking a leadership and management course for young doctors to help me develop my team working and leadership skills which are so important for a clinician.I have an international experience, having been brought up in Asia, France and studying in the UK. I have thrived to explore Medicine and Research abroad as well, with research and hospital placements in Singapore, Switzerland and France.I would be delighted to connect with others in the field, so feel free to contact me to discuss any of the above.
