My three focus areas in this player-coach role have been: 1) rebuilding the platform\'s design system to better meet user needs and unlock more efficient product development 2) starting and scaling a user research practice where none previously existed, and 3) managing a small team of talented senior designers hungry to learn, grow, and make an impact with their creativity.
