Eliciting requirements and resolving functional gaps/issues with the client at working level;• Design of a detailed architecture around legacy solutions (.Net portal, COBOL Mainframe, etc.) to target solutions (SAP, OpenText, ServiceNow & Azure Data Lakes);• Definition of OKRs and product backlog prioritization across future releases;• Development of statements of work, resource plan, cost estimates, project plan and business case for the delivery phase;• Coordination and delivery of production support to the released solution until transitioned to Managed Services (ServiceNow);• Managed a cross-functional team in the delivery of specifications to technical teams (analysts, designers and frontend/backend developers) – 30 resources;• Upward management, raising risks and issues for visibility, as well as follow-up and closure of raised items to mitigate impacts on schedule, scope and resources;• Design of user interfaces (UIs) using WCAG AA 2.0 standards;• Demonstration of prototypes to customer teams and user testing (UX).
