About Marianna Wickman

From kids toys to smartphones and financial services, I’ve spent over 20 years making brand experiences that people love. I do this by leading creative teams to design meaningful, integrated customer experiences based on real customer journeys — from product and media to retail and customer care. Together, we deliver growth by observing and imagining like designers, while operating like a business. My passion for designing omni channel customer experiences is grounded in expertise that comes from years of shipping products and product marketing campaigns. Over one hundred product, service, and marketing experiences in varied channels: mobile, web, consumer electronics, wearables, and media.
