Define the standards for Celonis and Process Intelligence, including overall design and features, development standards, release management processes, data management and schedules, testing / validation, compliance and master data structures.• Drive selection of Process Intelligence solution options, work with the Lead Engineer to assess tech elements of the solution prior to user testing and to balance tech debt.• Develop, in combination with engineering, and in consultation with BPM, the high-level solution, including packages adopted, modules to be created, major interfaces, etc.• Shape and prioritize backlog, utilizing business expertise and understanding of customer needs, translate requirements into user stories & acceptance criteria.• Ensure the Celonis platform and data meets relevant security, privacy & compliance standards by partnering with ISRM frequently.• Own and manage all SDLC documentation.• Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure all are clear on roadmap activities, design, interdependencies and timelines.
