From writing scripts for family performances as a child to studying foreign languages and working aboard a cruise ship after university, my journey has been anything but linear. For a time, I searched for the perfect job—until I realized I had to create it myself. That’s when I chose to contribute to Panebarco & C, the company founded by my father in 1995.Today, I co-manage the business alongside my brother Matteo and my sister Camilla.Energetic, passionate, and grounded, I genuinely love what I do—even if being an entrepreneur today means navigating constant challenges.
