I am an Associate Professor at the School of Management of Politecnico of Milano (Italy), my research focuses on networks, innovation and international business. Before joining Polimi, I worked at the University of Sussex Business School and the University of Essex (UK). I am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy in the UK, the Chair of the International Business/International Management Special Interest Group (SIG) of the British Academy of Management (BAM), and the Vice President (Program) for the Research Methods SIG of the Academy of International Business (AIB).
