   I specialize in managing complex, high-exposure claims across a wide range of litigation areas. My experience includes Bad Faith claims involving adverse coverage determinations and claims handling issues, daycare abuse/molestation cases, fatalities with intricate coverage challenges, catastrophic injury claims, and policy limit exposures. I also handle umbrella and excess liability coverage matters, including coordination across multiple policy layers and resolution of high-dollar claims involving layered coverage structures. Additionally, I’m experienced in Declaratory Relief Actions and construction defect claims involving multiple parties and complex contractual disputes.I direct and resolve lawsuits brought against both policyholders and the company. This includes analyzing and negotiating claims involving commercial general liability, product liability, professional liability, employment practices liability, and construction defects. I work closely with outside counsel to guide litigation strategy and ensure timely, cost-effective claim resolution, while also managing legal fees and loss adjustment expenses.I prepare and present Legal Claim Evaluations, Large Loss reports, and monthly activity updates for leadership, providing insight into legal exposure, financial impact, and emerging risks. I regularly participate in case evaluations and roundtables, offering strategic input on liability, damages, and applicable case law.I’m actively involved in mediations, arbitrations, settlement conferences, and pretrial hearings, and I represent the company at trial when needed. As a member of the litigation services team, I also support the company’s relationship-driven approach to claims management, maintaining close partnerships with core defense firms to drive results and continuous improvement.
