This dynamic NPO is for Military Child advocacy and education programs.Skilled in building cross-functional teams, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and making critical decisions during challenging times. Manages all aspects of KOAH’s innovated programs. From subject matter research to program development and creation of program concepts in advocacy, education, and the signature care package program KOAH Hug. • Manages the daily operations for a mission. • Works to increase public awareness of KOAH beyond its core supporters. • Executes a broad-based fundraising program across a range of funding sources.• Proactive in assuming the executive director’s role in fundraising, utilizing available and developing new relationships to achieve significant fundraising results. • Overseeing the organization’s programs, operations and finances. • Created KOAH & KOAH Hug brand, logo, and website. • Oversee procurement, endowment, donations, program account management, marketing, social media, event planning and community participation.
