My name is Marian Chang and these are my 4 Ps of Marketing. Passionate - For me, marketing is an outlet to express all facets of my personality - which is why I am so passionate about it. It gives both my left and right brain intense exercise on a daily basis, allowing me to let my creative juices flow and dig through research data at the same time. I have led many marketing programs of varying budgets and reach that have always been a partnership between trying new and innovative ideas, and supporting them with industry and consumer insights. Positive - I am very driven and approach each new adventure with a smile. I develop marketing strategies that complement those of the business, and support its objectives. But I always keep my head up, because it takes time for those who don\'t understand marketing to see its value. There is power and persuasion behind positivity. Personal - Marketing is about connecting with your audience. I like to tell and listen to stories, which allows me to build a genuine relationship with all of my stakeholders - be it my colleagues, customers, or vendors. I have a knack for understanding both the passion and pain points of a given audience, giving me the knowledge and ability to work with and market to diverse groups. Proactive - I take initiative. Marketing isn\'t a profession where you sit back and run the same programs and utilize the same strategy year over year. Instead, I push the boundaries and put status quo to the test. I also take steps to reach out and build relationships, stay in tune with industry trends, and challenge myself with different self-development opportunities.
