And I help the people inside them figure out what’s next.Over the past decade, I’ve worked at the intersection of talent, culture, and organizational design — helping startups and scaling teams build the structures that make growth sustainable. Not the posters-on-walls kind of culture. The kind that shows up in how you hire your first ten people, how decisions get made when nobody’s watching, and whether your best people stay.Today I lead operations, scalability, and process innovation at TLNT Group across US and LATAM.Outside of that, I advise founders and people leads on culture architecture — the organizational design, rituals, and decision-making structures that define how a company actually works. I also work with creative professionals and leaders in transition who are redesigning their trajectories — people who’ve outgrown their title and need to build something that reflects the full range of what they bring.I approach all of it as design. Not processes to optimize — systems to architect.
