Current project:Teacher team: TBCPrevious projects: Home product - 3 years Leading the Home team of 4-6 developers. Started with a focus on improving stability and reliability. Projects include releasing new iterations to improve engagement and retention, increasing test coverage to reduce manual testing and reducing our tech debt. Continued with improving the UX for our users and enabling our product for grammar school studentsI\'m also the co-lead for the Frontend guild. Currently running an initiative to deprecate and completely remove the previous design system in favour of the new one. Assessments (1 year):Lead the assessments team (of 4-5 developers) into creating a stable and user-friendly experience for teachers and registrars to run assessments. We improved the stability and refactored the legacy app into the new branding and flow.Design system:Helped set up our open source design system using Radix and Stitches. Worked on different components and other configuration tasks such as automated accessibility testing
