About Marian Corpus
I’m passionate about building sustainable systems and frameworks that help people thrive and make the world a better place.I’ve always been inspired by the positive global impact science and technology can have on our society and climate. That curiosity first led me into biotechnology, where I spent over a decade supporting early-stage teams through R&D, scale-up, and operational complexity. Over time, my technical background in bioprocess development and operations naturally expanded into something broader: designing the systems, workflows, and experiences that allow people and ideas to do their best work. Working close to the science taught me how fragile early systems can be and how much thoughtful operations matter when resources are limited and the stakes are high.Today, I work at the intersection of operations and founder experience, creating structure in ambiguity and translating big ideas into something tangible, usable, and human.My focus sits at the intersection of biotech, deeptech, climate, and founder ecosystems, where thoughtful operations and intentional design can enable outsized impact.
