Managing and directing the junior graphic designers on our team, on occasion. A significant milestone was to oversee and execute the creative for the joint Ann Taylor + Loft loyalty program relaunch, including its credit card business. For this, I worked closely with the SVP of Digital & Customer Marketing and the SVP of Brand & Creative Marketing.
