This means we work “beneath the surface”: we look at internal and external dynamics from a deeper level. We examine performance, leadership, goals, processes systems, challenges, strategy, blockages from a business/commercial perspective. But we don’t stop there. We aim to understand individual and group strengths, development areas and deeper motivations, conscious and often unconscious.
