I am an Argentinian-American human resources executive, leadership coach, and entrepreneur passionate about helping leaders create workplaces where people thrive.My career began at NCR in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and quickly grew through senior HR leadership roles at global companies including McDonald’s, Kellogg, Duke Energy, and Schering-Plough across South America.In 2009, I moved to the United States, where I focused on diversified industrial companies such as Eaton, Rockwell Automation, and Trane Technologies. Over the years, I’ve led HR strategy and operations across multiple regions, including North America, Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and Asia.In 2020, I earned a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership and launched Eclat Global, my own consulting firm. Today, I partner with leaders of small and medium-sized businesses—many of them founder- and family-led—to strengthen culture, drive growth, and unlock organizational potential.I bring energy, curiosity, and critical thinking to complex challenges, helping leaders align people strategy with business outcomes.
