I am an academically informed, culture-minded coach who possesses deep values of relationship building, creativity, and human-centered leadership that enables clients to form dynamic solutions. My 20+ years experience leading organizational learning & development across various industries such as edtech, media, entertainment, consulting, food & beverage, and luxury goods is an asset to my practice.I hold an MA in Adult Learning and am certified in over ten methodologies, including the Leadership Potential Assessment (Korn Ferry) and Predictive Index. Since 2019, I\'ve applied my skills as a certified coach to inspire change and establish team cultures of collaboration and innovation. I also hold the ACC credential from the International Coaching Federation.
