EU Network provides recruitment and consultancy for Higher Education establishments, to assist candidates to settle into academic life, responsibilities include:• Managing a team of 18 admissions staff and student advisors to work efficiently and cohesively to exceed KPIs and deliver effective liaisons between universities and candidates.• Recruiting students from a wide range of international countries, ensuring they are perfectly placed into universities to achieve their full career aspirations and ambitions.• Overseeing the admissions process including application processing, validation and preparation for candidate interviews and examinations.• Assisting with UCAS and student finance applications and requirements.• Working closely with the marketing team to design and implement strategies for course releases and organisational advertisements.Achievements:• Designed and implemented new systems and procedures including the introduction of a digital system for recruitment, registration and assessment to streamline processes and reduce costs. This action increase candidate numbers and conversion percentage into enrolled students.• Re-branded company communication and developed the website content to increase brand awareness.
