Lead the NDC Partnership Support Unit’s country engagement work. Support the identification of priorities for NDC enhancement and implementation by the 100+ developing country governments that are members of the Partnership. Leverage the resources of 80+ partners to coordinate the rapid, flexible provision of technical support, financial resources, and knowledge products in response to country needs. Assist member country governments to engage partners in the enhancement and implementation of countries’ NDCs. Lead efforts to innovate in response to new opportunities and challenges based on sustained engagement with member countries and development and implementing partners. Manage and provide strategic direction to team of 30+ staff who engage in country engagement work. Advance the mission of the NDC Partnership through advocacy and participation in high-level country missions, external meetings, and workshops.
