Engagements between civil society and government: promoting cooperation and collaboration between non-governmental stakeholders and State institutions in the margins of UNODC\'s initiatives and projects to counter organized crime. The Stakeholder Engagement for UNTOC project is one of the main contexts for such work, advancing initiatives like the Constructive Dialogues and the Voluntary Pilot Initiatives, both for the UNTOC implementation and review process- Capacity building of non-governmental stakeholders: designing, identifying audiences, planning, and reviewing technical content for trainings, and translating United Nations language for stakeholders both familiar and unfamiliar with the UN System. Capacity building focuses on entry points for participation of civil society in UNODC processes, mainly on the UNTOC implementation and Review Mechanism- Regional Networks and National Alliances: overseeing and supporting the organisation and working plans of networks at national and regional levels, mainly in Latin America and Africa, on the best practices and technical capacities that civil society organizations can contribute to the fight against organized crime.
