There are few things I currently find more fun than meeting awesome candidates and connecting with them to find that perfect company for them! Along the same lines, I love meeting with awesome companies looking to grow and enhance their culture with top talent - and then finding them that perfect match! I use my background in counselling and career coaching to listen between the lines and really figure out what a client or candidate is looking for. I consider personalities when presenting candidates as well as the type of culture in which the candidate would thrive. My clients range from fast growing startups (that can’t afford to make a bad hire!) to well established companies that do not want to miss out on a great candidate! I was born in Uruguay and grew up in Vienna, Austria within the local international expat culture. As someone heavily involved in the tech scene- I am familiar with top schools around the world, visas, and cultural differences where a top candidate might accidentally disqualify themselves- not on my watch! I\'m kept on my toes memorizing the names of various construction vehicles, negotiating how many chocolate chips to wear a cute outfit, and pretending a stuffed sloth is the 4th member of our family!
