Responsible for employee and consultant payroll. Primary contact for all invoicing/accounts receivables/accounts payable (maintains Abator’s general ledger) and responsible for healthcare benefits administration. Update and craft new policies for Abator’s policies and procedures handbook. Assist CEO in efforts to lead company in determining and implementing method(s) to further build Abator’s business. Assist sales/project staffing in the development of RFP responses for state and federal agencies. Create and maintain relationships with customers and consultants. Coordinated and expedited corporate social events. As a Master Certification Consultant: Primary support for Abator’s GetDiversityCertified.com service, researching State DBE and MWBE programs, along with national certifying agencies. Documented certification requirements – continually checking for and updating changes in eligibility for the various certification programs. Retrieve and prepare applications, continually checking for updated applications and making them ready, for Abator’s use. Tested the programming behind the GetDiversityCertified.com service; had previously helped to test Abator’s new data assessment system (SAM) including documentation of errors. Attend WBE and OSDBU opportunity and network meetings. Maintain Abator\'s W/DBE certifications.
