CIPD qualified, Human Resources professional with 30 years’ experience in a variety of complex, matrix, fast paced, multi site industries including consultancy, rail, infrastructure projects, civil service and professional services, including highly unionised environments. Partnered with senior leaders to drive strategic HR initiatives, influencing and challenging at all levels including board level.
