PAYROLL & BENEFITS.*Responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day administration of payroll and benefits, including setting-up and maintaining employee profile in web-based portal, gathering and confirming the accuracy of attendance records, processing weekly payroll, maintaining and reconciling employee time-off earning/usage, processing and remitting 401(K) contributions, loans and disbursements, application of garnishments.*Enter information required for all year-end ACA reporting (1095 forms) in web-based payroll portal.*Track and maintain COBRA, FMLA, Workers Compensation claim.
