Today\'s the day! I spent my 22nd birthday with one goal in mind - catch the attention of Mark Hamill. He was known for wishing people Happy Birthday on twitter, and as a passionate Star Wars fan I couldn\'t imagine anything better than my lifelong hero knowing I exist. After about 5 tweets, and the help of some great friends too, the day had come to a close. Midnight hit, and there was no word. I was disappointed, but I understood it was a long shot. He has to get thousands of messages a day, right? Just as I was ready to move on, I decided there wasn’t any harm in shooting one last shot. I sent out a final tweet thanking my friends for their help, and closed out with a promise to Hamill that I\'d be back next year,\"I\'m not giving up. One day Hamill. One day.\"And then came the best birthday gift I\'ve ever received.\"Today\'s the day!\" he replied. Three simple words that have given me more than just a moment of happiness.
