ABOUT MARIAN G.

Sheen has 5 years of Management and HR Generalist experience. She started her HR Career as a Regional Recruiter in an International Publication Company. Then she became an HR generalist in a shared services company where she gained more experiences in overall HR functions such as Recruitment and Training for all levels, including supervisorial and executive positions, Payroll and Benefits, Employee Relations, Organizational Development, Performance Management, Developing HR Strategies and implementing HR Policies. She also worked as an HR Specialist in an HR Audit and Advisory services provider where she performs overall HR functions including social HR media content creation in a client based company. Sheen has an extensive HR Management skills and experiences. She worked as an HR Manager in a Lending Corporation based in New York and is currently working as the HR Manager in a Behavioral Health Company based in California and Nevada where she performed comprehensive HR management tasks.
