ABOUT MARIAN AWADALLA

I’m a recently licensed Registered Nurse (RN) with a strong academic foundation in Health Sciences and diverse hands-on clinical experience across multiple hospital settings—including medical-surgical, telemetry, labor & delivery, postpartum, long-term care, and mental health. My journey into nursing has been driven by a deep commitment to patient-centered care, strong advocacy for vulnerable populations, and a passion for continuous learning.Throughout my clinical placements and extern roles, I’ve developed strong skills in patient assessment, IV therapy, wound care, medication administration, and interprofessional collaboration. I’ve also had the privilege of working with patients at every stage of life—from newborns to older adults —adapting quickly in high-pressure environments while maintaining empathy and precision in every task.I’m fluent in English and Arabic and deeply value cultural competence in healthcare. I’m also experienced with multiple electronic health record systems, including Cerner and EPIC, ensuring safe and efficient documentation.As I begin my nursing career, I am excited to bring my knowledge, compassion, and determination to a medical-surgical or acute care team where I can contribute to high-quality, evidence-based care and continue growing as a professional.
