For the past 9 years, I’ve partnered with forward-thinking FMCG brands to connect them with exceptional talent across NPD, Technical, Quality, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and Procurement.But I’m more than a recruiter.I’m a sounding board, a coach and a trusted partner to both clients and candidates, someone who understands that hiring decisions shape teams, cultures and commercial success.Before moving into recruitment, I spent 20 years in the FMCG industry, holding roles with Müller, Associated British Foods and Glanbia. I’ve launched products, negotiated commercial agreements, led teams and navigated complex supply-chain challenges.That hands-on experience means I don’t just “fill roles”, I understand the operational pressures, the commercial realities and what good really looks like in this sector.I’m now part of Vickerstock, focusing on UK NPD, Technical, Quality and Sales recruitment. I work closely with businesses to support innovation, strengthen capability and build teams that deliver long-term impact.My approach is energetic, honest and highly collaborative.
