Earlier in my corporate career, I often stayed quiet in meetings, avoided high-visibility speaking opportunities, and felt underestimated because my communication style didn’t match the louder personalities around me. Not because I lacked ideas. Because I lacked the tools to communicate them with authority. That experience led me to spend years studying executive communication, public speaking, and leadership presence. What once felt like my biggest limitation eventually became the foundation for my work. Today, I help directors, senior managers, and executives develop the communication skills needed to operate at the level they already belong in.
