ABOUT MARIAM TRIKI

As a Manager at Deloitte Consulting specializing in technology strategy and transformation since February 2018, I bring a robust blend of technical and managerial expertise to every project. My journey in consulting began at Capgemini Consulting, then Arthur D. Little, supported by a Master of Science and a Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Management from TU Munich.With over five years of professional experience in IoT and IT-Transformation programs and projects, I excel in defining, conceiving, and implementing IoT and IT solutions from an end-to-end perspective, that are aligned with clients business needs and objectives. My approach is structured and methodical, ensuring that I consistently deliver high-quality results. My skills extend to agile solution design and implementation, where I\'ve driven significant improvements e.g. in organizational change, SAP transformation, lean production, and supply chain management. My versatile experience spans various project methodologies, including agile, waterfall, and hybrid, across multiple sectors such as automotive and public sector.Driven by a passion for technology, I am dedicated to overcoming challenges and crafting innovative solutions that provide immense value to our clients. My aim is to shape our world, determine our future, and \"simply\" make an impact that matters.Outside of work, I\'ve always been an active and passionate athlete, evolving from Jazz and Hip-Hop to Contemporary Dance and Aerobics. Now, as a certified trainer in Fitness and Step Aerobic, I continue to pursue my love for fitness. Family is paramount to me. I am married and a proud mother of two children.As a technology enthusiast, lifelong learner, and discoverer, I am deeply curious and constantly seek new challenges.
