Hi, I’m Mariam Nusratty. I’m a UC Berkeley Haas graduate with a background in digital marketing and analytics.I currently work as a Growth Marketing Coordinator at Thrive Causemetics, where I support performance marketing across paid search, paid social, affiliate marketing and connected TV. My work focuses on analyzing campaign performance, running audits, coordinating creative testing, and using data to improve efficiency and return on ad spend.Previously, I worked at WPP Media as a Paid Search Associate, managing Google and Microsoft Ads campaigns across multiple accounts. I handled daily pacing, bid adjustments, and performance reporting, and supported optimization efforts based on campaign data.Earlier, I supported influencer marketing and e-commerce initiatives at Stasher and worked on digital outreach and research projects at Ohlone College.I’m interested in long-term roles that combine digital marketing, data analysis, and technology, with an emphasis on learning, problem solving, and using data to improve marketing outcomes.
